Why an SCX MBA now?

In an era where generative AI is rewriting the meaning of "time and work," and the structure of the world is undergoing a major transformation, traditional "knowledge-based education" has already reached its limits. We will recreate a new educational system, starting in Japan, that drives consciousness rather than merely solidifying knowledge.

Three questions we face: When learning becomes detached from "reality"

Learning was supposed to be a tool for influencing reality. Why has it become so detached from reality? We will confront these three questions posed by our times head-on.

 

1. "Educational background" as a form of currency

Learning has, at some point, become a competition about "what you possess" rather than "what you can change." The competition to acquire titles—a form of currency—has obscured the very purpose of learning. As long as this structure remains unchanged, no matter how much you learn, reality will not change.

 

2. The seismic shift in knowledge brought about by AI

Now that access to vast amounts of knowledge is commonplace, what matters is not the "quantity" of knowledge, but the "ability to use it and influence reality." The premise of learning, which is centered on memorization, is quietly but decisively beginning to crumble.

 

3. The time lag between learning and management.

Learning often ends within the confines of the classroom. By the time what has been learned is applied to the workplace, that workplace has already changed. In an era where the assumptions of management are rewritten on a monthly basis, there can be no time lag between learning and management. This is the most important question being asked right now.

 

Born from our encounter with the Polish university UITM, SCX's MBA directly addresses these three questions. We value performance based on results that impact reality, not titles. Our management style begins to change from the very first day of learning. That is our "redesign of learning."

An MBA is fundamentally a process for becoming a leader who can change reality.

The ability to decipher the structure of change, make decisions based on one's own judgment, and move organizations and reality—we call this management implementation skill. When consciousness transforms

When a person truly changes, that change doesn't happen in a single instance. It involves gaining awareness of how the world looks, internalizing knowledge, testing it in practice, finding meaning, acting based on conviction, and growing together with peers. Eventually, the very self-image of "who I am" is rewritten.

 

The transformation doesn't end there. It begins again with a broader perspective and deeper awareness, starting anew with new insights—a cycle of evolution that repeats many times throughout life, each time increasing in depth and quality.

 

Instead of simply accumulating knowledge, we cultivate the "vessel of consciousness" that handles knowledge, and thereby change reality.
