Why

Why the MBA Executive Award, now.

From a society of credentials, to a society of learning.
Learning not for acquiring a title, but for moving reality.

Consciousness creates the future.

Generative AI is rewriting the meaning of time and work, and the very premises of management are shifting. Learning built on memorising and storing knowledge has already reached its limit. We are rebuilding, from Japan, a new education for management — one that does not fix knowledge in place, but drives consciousness and moves reality.

The three questions we face — when learning is cut off from reality.

Learning was meant to move reality. Why, then, has it become cut off from it? We face, head-on, three questions this era puts before us.

I. The currency of credentials

Somewhere along the way, learning became a contest not of "what can you change" but of "what do you hold". The race for the currency of titles has hidden the purpose of learning itself. As long as this structure stands, however much you learn, reality does not move.

II. A tectonic shift in knowledge, brought by AI

Now that access to vast knowledge is taken for granted, what is asked of us is not the quantity of knowledge, but the power to wield it and move reality. The premise of learning that centres on memorising is beginning to give way — quietly, but decisively.

III. The time lag between learning and management

Learning, left to itself, completes inside the classroom. By the time it returns to the workplace, the workplace has already changed. In an era when the premises of management are rewritten month by month, there must be no time lag between learning and management. This single point is what is most in question now.

MBA Executive Award, born of the encounter with the Polish university UITM, takes on these three questions head-on. To be valued not by titles, but by the fact of having moved reality. From the very day you learn, your management begins to change. That is our redesign of learning.

An MBA is, at its origin, a process for becoming a leader who changes reality.

An MBA is not an ornament for acquiring a title. It should be a process for becoming, through learning, a leader who moves reality with their own hands.

What we deliver with UITM is true knowledge connected to the realities of the world, and the power of implementation. The power to read the structure of change, decide by your own axis of judgement, and move organisations and reality — we call this the power of implementation in management. Not knowledge; not titles. This is the intellectual foundation of the leaders to come.

When consciousness transforms.

When a person truly changes, the change does not happen only once. You notice how the world appears to you; you internalise knowledge; you test it in practice; you find meaning; you act on conviction; you raise one another with companions. In time, the very image of who you are is rewritten.

And the transformation does not end there. With a wider view and a deeper consciousness, it begins again from a new awakening — a cycle of evolution that turns many times in a life, growing deeper and finer with every turn.

Not amassing knowledge, but training the vessel of consciousness that wields it — and changing reality. That is the leader we develop: the Conscious Executive.

The evolution of your consciousness begins now, and here.

The SCX MBA is the place where you evolve into a leader who moves reality with your own hands, and creates the future.

Turning knowledge into the power to move the future.

Be Conscious. Be Executive.
