UITM is a university that adheres to the Bologna Process of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). The quality of education at UITM is guaranteed under a multi-layered system: accreditation by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, quality assurance by PKA (Polish National Quality Assurance Agency), and compliance with European Quality Standards (ESG).
UITM is responsible for quality assurance and curriculum provision. Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. will operate it in Japan. This program is positioned as UITM's Professional Program, and its learning outcomes and objectives are designed to correspond to the EQF (European Qualification Framework) Level 7 (Second Cycle) for the MBA and Level 8 (Third Cycle) for the DBA.
Completion Certification – Official Executive Award from the President of UITM
Those who complete the entire curriculum will receive an official Executive Award (certification of completion) from the President of UITM. This certificate is inscribed with carefully chosen words, each imbued with meaning, reflecting the refined language of the European higher education system. UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE FACULTY
The award is decided by the president based on academic review and recommendations from the faculty. The rigorous academic evaluation process—involving assignments addressing your own business challenges across eight modules—is encapsulated in this single phrase.
It has fulfilled the requirements of the curriculum content equivalent to that of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) .
This is an official statement from UITM acknowledging that the curriculum you have completed is equivalent to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) level. This program is equivalent to Level 7 of the EQF (European Qualification Framework) – a Master's degree level.

This is a declaration that UITM officially recognizes you as a graduate and grants you all the rights, honors, and privileges that come with it. This certificate of completion is proof of your educational achievements and will be permanently preserved as an official university record. It is awarded by the President of UITM himself.
The classes are conducted in Japanese. You will then complete assignments for all eight modules, all written in English. Completion of these assignments marks the program's completion. This certification demonstrates your ability to translate deeply considered business decisions, developed in Japanese, into a form understandable to the world, in English—a level of achievement recognized on an international standard.
