The legitimacy of the learning you will gain this year is supported by our partner institution, the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów (UITM) in Poland.
UITM is responsible for quality assurance and curriculum provision. Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. operates it in Japan. The SCX Professional Program's MBA is located where these two roles overlap.

Since its founding in 1996, UITM has been a pioneer in private higher education in Central Europe, leading the integration of technological innovation and practical learning. Today, it is the largest private university in southeastern Poland, with approximately 1,400 international students from over 50 countries and a network of approximately 60,000 alumni from over 80 countries.
This education is based on an international institutional framework that conforms to the Bologna Process of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
In the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, it was ranked second in Poland (2022 and 2023). UITM's base, Rzeszów, is the economic, academic, and cultural center of southeastern Poland, and one of Europe's leading "student cities," with 353 students per 1,000 residents.
Furthermore, this is the heart of "Aviation Valley," a hub for the aerospace industry. As an intellectual hub of this ecosystem, which brings together more than 160 related companies, UITM has collaborated with global companies such as Lufthansa on curriculum development, bridging theory and practice.
The campus boasts over 45 modern labs, including a financial lab where students can simulate stock trading. This unwavering commitment to practical learning—placing theory in a real-world setting—is also the origin of SCX's learning approach, which uses the company's own management challenges as assignment material.

Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. is an organization that has been at the forefront of the social implementation of blockchain, generative AI, and Web3. Leveraging this practical expertise, we will implement the UITM curriculum in Japan. Optimized for Japanese business practices, culture, and language, leading practitioners will teach, providing in-depth support for each individual's business challenges.
