The SCX Professional Program's MBA is designed for practitioner leaders who have built a track record in the business world and are looking for further growth. The eligibility requirements are as follows:
A bachelor's degree from a four-year university or higher, and at least three years of work experience.
However, what we truly look at is not the number of lines in your academic or professional resume. It's your determination to change something in your business, and the practical experience that supports it. Your background will be comprehensively reviewed during the individual consultation session.
Four steps from application to enrollment
The process will proceed in a transparent and clear manner.
STEP 1: Individual consultation (interview)
This is a dialogue step to review the program fees and curriculum details and to confirm that it meets your learning motivation and qualification requirements. You can choose to participate online or offline (Shibuya).
STEP 2: Official Entry
You will formally register by submitting the required documents using the specified method. A registration fee of 33,000 yen (including tax) will be required upon formal registration.

STEP 3: Entrance examination and acceptance notification
Applications will be submitted to the UITM Academic Committee and reviewed by Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd.
We will send an offer letter to those who have passed the selection process.
STEP 4: Enrollment procedures and commencement
After receiving your acceptance letter, you will pay the tuition fees, attend an orientation, and then the program will begin.
Our rolling admission system allows you to enroll every month. The eight modules cycle through each month without interruption, maintaining their order. No matter which month you enroll, you will complete the course once you have completed all eight modules in order. You can turn that enthusiasm for learning into study the very next month.

Those who complete all curriculum will receive an official Executive Award (certificate of completion) signed by the UITM President and bearing the university seal, which will be mailed to them.
It is a formal, internationally recognized certificate of completion, certifying that you have met the curriculum requirements and that your achievements are equivalent to those of a Master of Business Administration. It also includes the phrase "with all the rights, honors, and privileges pertaining thereto."

Q1. What is the SCX Professional Program?
A. This is an MBA-equivalent Professional Program, with quality assurance and curriculum provision handled by UITM (University of Information Technology and Management, Rzeszów) in Poland, and operated in Japan by Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. UITM is a university that adheres to the Bologna Process, and this program is built upon its quality assurance foundation. Upon completion, participants will receive an official Executive Award (certification of completion) from the President of UITM.
Q2. Why is the expression "equivalent to an MBA" used?
A. UITM offers education in two forms: the Academic Program (academic research route), which primarily focuses on training researchers, and the Professional Program (professional education route), which targets practitioners and leaders. This program falls under the latter. "Equivalent to" is an internationally recognized and accurate expression indicating that the content is at the same level as an MBA. Q3. What level of English proficiency is required?
A. Classes are conducted in Japanese, so a high level of English proficiency is not required to participate. The use of Japanese allows for deeper discussions. However, assignments must be completed in English. We will support you with this English writing, including the use of generative AI, so even those who are not confident in their English skills can participate.
Q4. Is it possible to balance this with work?
A. Yes, it is possible. Classes are generally held on Saturdays in a hybrid format, combining online (Zoom) and in-person (Shibuya), designed to allow you to study without interfering with your weekday work. Since we have a rolling admission system with enrollment every month, you can start at your own pace.
Q5. Who is this target audience for?
A. What we truly seek are individuals who refuse to give up on reality and are actively working to change it. The essence of our selection criteria is not the length of your academic or professional resume. It's your determination to change something in your business and the practical experience that supports it—are you a consumer of knowledge, or are you actively creating change and shifting reality? That is our most important criterion. With that in mind, the general guidelines for application qualifications are as follows: A bachelor's degree from a four-year university or higher, and at least three years of practical experience (especially experience related to organizational transformation or management). Q6. Who issues the certificate of completion (Award)?
A. The certificate will be issued in the name of the President of UITM in Poland. The certificate will bear the university seal and the President's signature. This is an official Executive Award (certification of completion) from the UITM President, confirming that your completed studies are equivalent to an MBA. Q7. Where will the graduation ceremony be held?
A. Your certificate of completion will be mailed to you. You are also free to optionally attend the completion ceremony held at UITM in Rzeszów, Poland. (Note: Attending the completion ceremony will incur additional costs such as travel expenses and participation fees.)
